Hi Leslie. Thank you for ordering with Contact Lens King. Upon looking into the order history our records show the old prescription was still attached to the order you placed. Once you received our email advising of the situation, you emailed our customer service team the correct and updated prescription. I see according to the tracking USPS could not deliver to the address you provided due to it being insufficient for their system. Our customer service team reached out to you immediately to advise you of the issue. Records indicate that you replied to our email giving us permission to match the order to the prescription you provided. I do see you are prescribed specialty lenses and per our website they need to be ordered from the manufacturer which take approximately 2-3 business days to arrive. We did ship out the product on the 3rd business day. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

On the product page of our website and under the cost of the item it states: this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupons, a processing fee will apply. Click on the "read more" and a pop-up will appear explaining the fee and showing the price per box. When the items are added to the cart you will see the charges are broken out and you will have another opportunity to read about the processing fee. I apologize for how you feel regarding the packaging. As an authorized retailer and receiving bulk shipments directly from the manufacturer we have to go through the product first to make sure it is correct. Once we verify the prescription we send it to the warehouse for packaging in a smaller box for your product to be safely shipped to you.
