HI Robert. I apologize you were unable to use a coupon. It does state on the coupon including the sign up form: offer cannot be combined with existing sales or promotions. We do our best to be upfront and transparent about the fee as soon as you land on our product page. Under the cost of the item it states: this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupons, a processing fee will apply. Clicking on the read more displays a popup explaining that the fee is an industry standard that is associated with the sales cost of the item. The popup will also show you the price per box for that item. Once you add the items to the cart the charges remain broken out and if you miss the explanation on the product page you can read it again at the beginning of the checkout. However, we do welcome all our customers to do their own price comparison to see for themselves that in most instances we offer the lowest bottom price. It is also important to note Contact Lens King is an authorized retailer, receiving all our lenses sealed and packaged directly from the manufacturer. HI Customer. Thank you for ordering with Contact Lens King. I apologize there was a delay in shipping your product out. However, on our product page under the cost of the it item it states the products availably and shows this lens normally ships within 1-2 business days. Also, when you select expeditated shipping, a popup displays explaining that shipping starts when we dispatch the lenses from the warehouse and when we have the products in stock. Again, I do apologize but all shipping starts when we have verified and processed your order not at the time the order is being placed. HI Howard. Thank you for ordering with Contact Lens King. Upon looking into the order history, I see the prior order and email matched however, this order on 7/4 is for a different brand. Therefor, the rx you originally sent in no longer is valid. Our team emailed you explaining we needed the updated prescription, which you kindly sent in on 7/5. Due to the brand you are prescribed and them being a specialty lens, we did need to order them from the manufacturer. They arrived on 7/10, which was in our time frame stated on our website, and shipped the same day. They were delivered 2 business days later. I apologize it took a total of 6 business days from start to finish. We do our best to get all orders verified, processed and shipped as quickly as possible. HI Conner. Thank you for ordering with Contact Lens King. I sincerely apologize for production delay with the manufacturer. Our back order rep does put in daily calls with each manufacturer to gather more information. However, it is up to the manufacturer to give us an estimated date of arrival to us. Upon looking into your order I see you purchased lenses that are discontinued per the manufacturer. As it states on our website for that product that it is being discontinued and it is automatically being replaced with its new lens. Below that disclaimer it states it will need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. A supervisor will reach out to you shortly. HI Alison. Thank you for ordering with Contact Lens King. Upon looking into your order, I see you are prescribed a different brand of contacts. As an authorized retailer we are required to be in compliance with the manufacturers pricing. Unfortunately, this brand you are now prescribed is a more expensive lens then you have previously worn. As stated on our website these lenses need to be ordered from the manufacturer as these are a specialty lens. I do see you placed the order on Friday the 24th at 11:13pm which is outside of our normal business hours. When you placed the order you provided your doctors information so we can fax a verification request. Due to your doctors office not open over the weekend we had to wait till Monday the 27th. Federal Law states we have to give your doctors office 8 business hours to respond before we can legally process your order. After those 8 business hours we processed your order which unfortunately, was on the next business day (2/28). At that point your lenses were ordered directly with the manufacturer. Again, as stated on the website they typically take 1-2 business days to come in. We do hope they will come in to ship today for you. I sincerely apologize the manufacturer is experiencing a delay with your product. We do our best to get them in a timely manner. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
