Being able to get to my previous history and make some changes were very convenient. When it came to changing my prescription and ordering, It was not as user-friendly as I had hoped. Having an easy way to figure out what I had ordered previously, more than just the dates!, would have made the experience much easier. Now that I have successfully, completed the order, I imagine it would be easier

No medical privacy, packaging advertises what's inside the box.

HI. I do apologize you feel there is no medical privacy with packaging. We package all product securely in a box where you can not see inside. However, the box we package in will state our company's name and logo.

Placing an order is easy enough, however, I hate that I have to reenter the information each time. Even when I select "Re-Order" from the menu and view previous orders, there is no option to simply click a button to reorder.

HI. Thank you for your order. The re-order feature is for customers who need to order the same prescription as their previous order. If their prescription has changed, the re-order feature will not work. The new prescription will need to be treated as a new order. Upon review of your account, the patient you have ordered for, the prescription has changed since the previous order in 2024. If the prescription has not changed, simply clicking "re-order" will display all previous orders. You will need to click "view" next to the patient you are re-ordering for. You will see another "re-order" button. Once you click on that, it will ask you if you want to go to the cart with your items or continue shopping. Once the items are in your cart you can adjust quantity as needed.

I've been using Contact Lens King for 3 years and have only good things to say. My contacts arrive within less than a week, using free shipping. Customer service from Contact Lens King respond the same day, are always helpful and friendly and go out out their way to do what they can to make the experience hassle free. I once had an issue with the quality of the specific manufacturer I use and they sent me new lenses within 2 days. They have a huge assortment of manufacturers, too. I used 1800 for 7 years, and noticed a steady decline in service. The final straw was an exchange with a customer service person so rude, I had to find a new supplier. I'm so glad I found Contact Lens King, thank you! Update: Ironically, I’ve been waiting for my order for over 10 days, no word on when my lenses will be restocked. I guess I spoke too soon. 8/5/24 Contact lens King - it’s saying I can’t share further info with you regarding this issue because the 3 days to do so have passed. If you provide me with an email, I would be happy to share further info re: this order. Thanks. 8/6/24 That's the same email I've been using the last 2 weeks.Thanks, I already have a thread going.

I called to order a year's worth of contact lenses - for our two houses! That is a lot of contact lenses. I chose this company based on Trustpilot ratings and on a price that was among the lowest shown on Google. However, when I called to place the order (it didn't seem possible to do this online because of wanting to order essentially two year's supply, that is, one year for each house), the price I was given was MUCH HIGHER than what was listed on Google. I told the customer service person I would call back as I wanted to check other contact lens sellers' prices. I called back this morning to ask why the price I was given yesterday was so high and was told that it was because, when you order a high volume of lenses, the processing fees as well as the shipping fees rise dramatically, so that the total price per box is more than twice the price shown on Google. This customer service rep did not mention this to me yesterday, a lapse built into his script which I consider deceptive.And it appears that the company wants to PENALIZE ANYONE PLACING A LARGE ORDER. Are they crazy? Just to get some lenses on hand, I placed a small order but I will not buy from them again.

I apologize the information regarding the processing fee was not disclosed when speaking to one of our representatives however, it is fully disclosed on our website. As you were able to read on our website: the processing fee is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. Although the processing fee is priced per box, the shipping cost will remain the same no matter the number of boxes you purchase. Contact Lens King is upfront and transparent about all fees as soon as you land on our product page as well as through out the checkout process. Unfortunately, prices are subject to change on a daily basis therefor, our agents may not be aware of any current sales cost on one of our multiple advertising platforms. I do hope in the future you choose Contact Lens King for your contact lens needs.

I was unhappy to see that the price went up so much on my contacts. They are an old brand. It was $10 more per box, so that wasn't good. Otherwise they were sent quickly.

Lowest-priced contacts I could find, but I don't appreciate the deceptive marketing practices. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).

When you click on the read more a popup will display explaining the fee and showing the price per box. The processing fee is an industry standard that is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. Once the items are added to the cart you will see the charges broken out and will have another opportunity to read about the fee.
