I ordered contacts from here at the beginning of March and still haven't received them, i have been in contact with with them multiple times in the week. they keep putting my call off and having me speak to someone else. FINALLY the "manager" Adam call me back after two weeks only to tell me they should have been delivered already and there was nothing they could do to help me. I spent over $300 on contacts that i did NOT receive and the "manager" would not do anything to help me, he just kept telling me to file a claim with my bank if i wanted my money back and that contact lens king would not be helping me with this issue. I have never witnesses such a level of ignorance and disrespect from a "manager" at a company before, it really makes me think something shady is going on there. The other associates i spoke to were polite but did nothing to help me except reroute me to other employees throughout the weeks. This company is not worth the headache, i wish i just paid more and ordered from a reputable company.

Rude customer service. Going on Facebook the assist icon popped. I contacted as I had a question with their website. They kind explained but said BTW the office is open Monday to Friday and their hours. Rude. Don't have a popup on Facebook if you are not willing to help with one tiny questions. Ordered from Coastal. Do not need drama.

Still have not received my lenses I ordered 11 days ago to be shipped UPS 2 Day Air. Although it is a problem with UPS Contact Lens King washed their hands of any act to get me a replacement shipment unless I paid for an additional order. Not exactly my idea of good customer service, since UPS is their 3rd party vendor.

I ordered the lens and I still didn't receive them a week later. I e-mailed the company and they emailed me back the next day saying that my lenses were backed ordered and wouldn't be in for four more weeks. They should have told me when I ordered them so I could find different arrangements.

Could have matched the lowest price which was $25 less. Loyal, returning customers get nada.

$74 Processing fee on 8 boxes of contacts that is not covered by FSA. Artificially low prices when you use a search engine opposed to visiting their website directly. I would rather true pricing up front.

This company advertised the contacts I needed for a very good price. BUT once they added on $45 in "processing and postage (just how much do you suppose it costs to mail 12 boxes of contacts....they are neither heavy nor do they take up much room!) my "good deal" went up almost $4/box. Too bad these guys dont have the integrity to admit the "real cost" in their ad.....maybe they need to take a lesson from Amazon.

$18 dollars for handling is a ridiculous! I will not order from them on principle!
