Customer service was the worst on my last order. I was sent an email from them that I hadn't provided them with my prescription, which I had. I find out when I call that there was some missing info on the prescription. The first person I talked to was extremely rude, the second person I talked to said she would take care of it and call my doctor. Nothing was done. I cancelled the order and called my doctor's office and immediately got the complete info and replaced my order, with NO ASSISTANCE FROM ANYONE AT CONTACT LENS KING. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES BUT WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.

Sent wrong prescription.

I ordered my first 2 boxes and I got them on a great deal, almost half off!....so I thought anyway. but then, they charge a 20.00 "processing fee" on top of that, per box. 2nd order, I paid regular price, no "processing fee". so I call to inquire about this and the gal tells me, oh, these boxes are eligible for a discount. I said okay....but then she says, there is a processing fee of 20.00 a box. So I say...basically, that's the discount you just gave me. She then tells me if I ordered them at full price, I would pay 46.95 a box plus 7.95 shipping, for a total of 101.85. But if I order them on the discount of 28.00, I would be charged a 20.00 processing fee per box plus 7.95 shipping for a total of 103.95. I said basically on your discount, I'm paying more. I said, so only if I get a discount, I get charged the "processing fee" but if I order them at regular price, there is no "processing fee"? I feel like the discount is totally deceiving.....

None of the contacts worked at al ...I could not use them ..... Please let me return them for a refund !! Send me your return Address and a full refund !! Thank you , Sieglinde Schneder 404-822-8733

Contacts felt dried out and couldn't return the other unopened 5 pair still in the box because I opened the box to get a pair out, I put them in and couldn't read a thing. Called twice and the lady was really rude and said there's nothing I can do because you opened the box well how the crap are you gonna no there no good if you can't put a pair in. I won't use this company again and I've used them for years... Lori Blair

Was 5 stars because I paid $14.56 for years that was for 1 box of my contacts and now this month I had to pay almost 30 dollars! Yall are wrong for that. I'm thinking about not ordering from yall anymore. Cause you didnt even give me a warning about the change or nothing.
