I've been using Contact Lens King Inc. now for the last 3- 4 months. Over all y'all have done a great job. There was one order that took a little longer than expected but since we have this pandemic going on, that's understandable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's always room for improvement. Other than that y'all are doing an awesome job. Keep up the great work!!!

everything was smooth

competitive pricing, fast delivery. Only had a problem once with wrong Rx sent. They replaced with correct Rx lenses. No complaints.

Prices are good but ive been a customer for quite a while what i would like to see for loyal customers is free shipping!! Thats my only complaint !

fast service, the only negative is that I never received the two lenses that came with a tear, so unusable. I was told they would be mailed to me, I never received them. Also to note, 1-800 contacts offers replacements for torn lenses at no charge.

I have had a good experience with Contact Lens King for many years. The only problem I have ever had was with ordering on line.

Good prices, but would prefer you have just one price, instead of constantly changing online specials that add "processing" fees (also variable) that aren't known/visible until checkout. Just say up front what the full price will be!

From the time I put in my order to the time I received it was very quick. Easy to order, and reorder.
