Hi Tonya, I do apologize if you have not received your package. After looking into this we do see after you did not receive the first package we did reship at no charge signature required. According to tracking the package was signed for, unfortunately at this time you would need to contact your local post office with your tracking number and they should be able to look into this and speak with the carrier who claims to have received a signature.

HI Jeffrey, I do apologize it took longer then you expected to receive your package. As per the website with the Astigmatism lens it typically takes 1-2 business days after verification to receive them in for shipment , as they are a specialty lens. With the first class mail shipping you selected it is anywhere from 3-6 business days for the package to be delivered with USPS.

HI Richard , Unfortunately with the processing it is an industry standard that has implemented with most online retailers. Contact Lens King is firmly committed to offering the lowest bottom line prices online, and we want our customers to rest assured that through us, you will always see significant savings in your pocketbook - even with the fee, as you probably noticed during your price comparison.  However, we totally understand that this additional fee can be frustrating, or even infuriating, but we invite people to compare our bottom line prices with our competitors
