It was inconvenient for the delivery! Someone had to sign and I couldn’t be here to do that. So I had to pay to ship to nearest ups so I could pick up there. I should have received them on Friday. Had to wait until Monday to pick up at the ups spot. So contacts were more this year $50!!!! And because that put it over $300 it had to be signed for. Not sure I’d do this again.

I am a new customer and the website advertises a discount for new customers but if the item is "on-sale" the promotional code is invalid. They then add hefty processing fees. If you call or chat with them they are rude about it and not helpful. I would never use them again.

HI Frank. We do apologize , unfortunately with sale items we can not apply any further discounts as the you are already getting them at a reduced pricing. With the processing fee it is something that has been implemented due to advertising, it is a fee to cover our overhead cost for the product.

Price is great, but is it worth damaging your eyes by receiving contact lenses that are 3+ years old? Definitely not. Reach out to customer service, and they offered to swap 2 out of the 4 boxes I ordered. Why not all 4? Sent them all back with my expense to ship. They end up refunding me excluding my initial shipping fee. Unacceptable business service when I had to waste my expense both ways to receive old contact lenses that were stocked for 3+ years. I have shopped many other lens companies and they always provided the most up-to-date stock.

After investigating this case further our documentation shows that the boxes that were returned were not expired and had an expiration date of 2023. We also have issued a credit yesterday at 1:35 PM for all the boxes that were returned. I found the offer on line for $27 per box. When I placed order over the phone I was charged full price. I had to call and cancel the order and place the order again for the sale price found on line. The sale price come with processing fee of $34 which brings the total amount to almost the same as regular price. after words, my insurance would pay for the lenses itself, but not for the processing fee. If I have bought it regular price would be reimbursed 100% . Would not buy from this lace again.

The prices were very reasonable when I was shopping online. Less than $18 a box. I put 4 boxes into my cart - and they added a $63 processing fee. Bait and switch. Dissapointing,

Horrible, delivery experience. Don’t trust this company! I ordered my contacts on a Wednesday (8/25) paid 19.95 for 2-day shipping. On Monday 8/30 I received an email that my order had “shipped”. They told me there was a fine print message that I did not see—“2 day shipping is when they receive the contacts from whomever they order from, and turn around and ship them to me”! It is now two days later (from when they shipped) and I still don’t have them!! Don’t trust this company!!! Won’t make this mistake again!

As several others have mentioned, this website uses fraudulent hidden fees to roughly double the price of your order via hidden processing fees not mentioned in the shopping flow. I was charged over $195 in "processing fees" in addition to shipping and handling fees to process and ship a box of contacts smaller than 1/2 of a shoebox. That's right, nearly $200. Their cut and paste response was that they noticed competitors charged a hidden processing fee and "Upon the realization that this strategy was being used, we at Contact Lens King stood firmly against applying such a practice" until they didn't and decided to take this to an extreme. Is that the sort of company you want to do business with? Avoid at all cost.
