Contact Lens King is a classic "bait and switch." They advertise contact lenses for a heavily-discounted price -- then when you go through checkout, they add a "processing fee" that nearly doubles the price. My final price for 10 boxes of contacts started at $237 then jumped to $455. The website explains the processing fee with a long, convoluted explanation about trying to generate "increased traffic" to their website. This is pure scam.

Hello. We do apologize if there was a delay in your shipment. If we do not have the product it stock it can 1-3 business after prescription verification for us to receive the lens before we can ship the order. If you had selected First Class mail shipping it can take 3-6 business for delivery , we did have a holiday in there as well which can delay the shipment. If you need any further assistance please reach out to customer service.

The contact lenses did not arrive within the 2-day delivery window that I paid for. I contacted customer service for a resolution and the agent was extremely rude, interrupted me, and was so hostile that I hung up. I understand if your policy is not to refill orders based on shipping company errors (although I think that's a terrible customer service approach), but the way your agent spoke to me was unacceptable.

Upon looking into your order we do see the order was processed and shipped on 6/10 via USPS Priority Mail , delivery is 2-3 business days. According to tracking the package was delivered on 6/13 to the mailbox. If you have still not received the package please reach out to customer service for further assistance.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased lens for my left eye (distance) and lens for my right (reading) in January 2021. Today I opened a new box of 6 only to discover the lens for the right eye were the wrong power. I called and spoke to customer service who informed me that they do not take back lens if the box was opened. So, now I paid for 6 months of lens that I cannot use. You get what you pay for.

I received an email specifically asking me if I received my order, and so I clicked on the link to only confirm that I did indeed receive my order. The email said NOTHING at all about doing a survey. Therefore, I'm giving you the lowest marks possible for your bait and switch scheme, for I don't appreciate it one bit. :(

The processing fee was $52. The contacts were $59, but added together I saved nothing. I will not return. Your site blames your competition. Your reply blames advertising. According to my math, your processing fee is over 90% of your per box price! Regardless, you are luring people in with low “sale” prices and shafting them with processing fee that make your product the same price as your competition. Of course, you don’t inform the customer of the ridiculous processing fee until they have jumped all the hoops to get the contacts. Next time I will buy from a place that is up front about the costs.

We do apologize for the processing fee, unfortunately it is something we have put in place to help offset any overhead cost we may incur due to advertising, the fee is a percentage of the box pricing. Even with the processing fee added to the order it is typically less then our regular pricing on our products.

I'm not sure if something is wrong with the contacts or what but they burn my eyes. I have tried everything and they don't stay in place they are a RX above my last RX yet, I cannot see out of them as well as the last script I had.

They made a mistake with my order and I was responsible for shipping the product back to them at my cost. Don't order from these guys and choose Contacts Express or Clearly instead.

HI Nader. We do apologize , with our Canadian customers a prescription is not required to process an order. Since it is not required your order is automatically processed once you hit place order as it is submitted online , we do not verify those orders.
