Then I’d make the response a little more specific and helpful: Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate both suggestions. For each Product Review, you can use the “Jump to” menu at any point in the report and select “Top Picks” to go directly to that section without scrolling through the full report. We also appreciate your suggestion about providing a more simplified summary for readers who may not want all of the scientific detail. Feedback like this is very helpful as we continue working to make our reports easier to navigate and understand.

Hi Karina, and thank you for your feedback. I understand it can be disappointing when a product you use is not included in our reviews. We select products based on market share, ingredient profiles, and what will provide the best overall comparison for members. We also consider member suggestions, but we are not always able to include every product due to the number of items on the market and the cost of independent testing. Your request for Nature’s Life Mighty Mini Vite has been noted, and it will be considered during the next multivitamin update. We appreciate you taking the time to send it in and for being a member.

Hi Vicki, and thank you for sharing this feedback. We hear you. We try to balance testing popular products with adding new ones, but we agree there is always room to expand the mix. Your comment helps us improve that. We also appreciate your note about clarity. Our goal is to give members solid, detailed information, but we will keep working to make our explanations more direct and easier to follow. Thank you for taking the time to let us know what would make the service better for you.
