This is the biggest mistake i have…
This is the biggest mistake i have made. Please do not fall under the marketing guys trap. They showed and promised me such a nice pic of their process, they do not assign a dedicated state account executive unless you pay. And there you go. The biggest problem they have, the account executive has no clue about anything. Every time i have to wait at least 2 days to get answer for any question as they are are overseas. And we are not actually allowed to talk to the people know are actually working on it. I am definitely not going to recommend them to anyone.

We always appreciate feedback here—both positive and negative. There’s value in all of it, and we genuinely learn from our members’ experiences.
Occasionally, some newer members may confuse us with for-profit consulting firms and overlook the fact that we are a registered nonprofit organization. That distinction matters in how we structure our services.
One point that needs clarification is the statement about a “dedicated account executive unless you pay.” Every one of our members is assigned an account executive to help navigate our platform and our AI-powered document management tools. However, we do not offer exclusive or “dedicated” agents assigned to a single client, as that would limit access for other members. Our goal is to ensure all members receive support, not to concentrate resources on a few.
It’s also important to recognize—especially for those in the healthcare sector—that this industry carries a significant administrative burden. State and federal regulations, along with private insurer requirements, create a complex and document-heavy process. Timelines can extend for months, and in some states, even years.
In this case, the concern appears to relate to response times for questions—some of which may fall outside the scope of the licensing documentation we provide and assist with. Our account executives are there to guide members through the process and help them navigate the platform. They are not compliance specialists or regulatory authorities, and there are limits to the type of support they can provide directly.
Expectation management is a significant part of what we do, and naturally, expectations can vary widely from one client to another. We work hard to align those expectations while maintaining accessibility and affordability for all members.
Personally, I would always prefer to provide highly individualized, one-on-one support to everyone, including this reviewer. However, as a nonprofit, our mission is to offer the most cost-effective solution possible while still delivering meaningful value—and to do so at scale.
We remain committed to being a low-cost, accessible option, supported by advanced technology, including our proprietary AI platform.

Significant delays and communication concerns
I engaged Consult Atlas Foundation in July 2025 for assistance with licensing a non-medical group home, which was clearly communicated from the outset.
Throughout the engagement, communication was often indirect. When I asked questions regarding basic licensing requirements, I was frequently told that my contact would need to “check with another person.” This lack of direct guidance created ongoing uncertainty about critical elements of the process.
After months of meetings and assurances that progress was being made, I was eventually sent paperwork related to adult family living facilities, which was not the service I had requested.
Additionally, key requirements were disclosed late in the process. Information that would have materially affected planning — such as whether a property address was required — was not clearly communicated until we were already filling out the application. Earlier clarity on these factors could have prevented months of delays.
In October 2025, when I raised concerns and requested a refund due to the incorrect direction of services and resulting delays, I was informed in writing that a refund could not be issued because the funds had already been used.
The overall experience resulted in significant time delays and measurable financial impact. I would strongly encourage others to carefully verify expertise, communication structure, and scope of services before engaging

They failed my home health licensure in…
They failed my home health licensure in the State of Hawaii, I had to step in the make the corrections for what they had failed to do accurately. They have zero clue of whats going on....
The state representative actually preferred to speak with me directly, as every time they called their office they seemed lost and unaware of policies and regulations. He had asked me to please let the licensing people know whats going on, as if I was their supervisor.
Goes to show the type of management they have in place, and the lack of professionalism, and information.

Rude..
Filled out the online forms to discuss some options. Got an email from Lillian with what they offer and said if I have any other questions to call or email the info@ email.. did that and Bill responded. When I asked a few questions his basic reply was to fill out the form on the website (the first step I did) and proceeded to tell me not to waste his time. Sadly I've done quite a but of research and really liked what they were portraying but if this is the crap attitude I get and no one wants the business I'm more than happy to walk away before I get entangled in their lies and bs. It's sad that someone can't get an honest answer when theyre looking to hire your company to personally start a business. Shame..
