Hi Greg, We appreciate your feedback about our rates. We do our best to make our sign-up process an effortless experience and will continue to make improvements based on feedback like yours. We do offer a calculator at the top of the plan selection page where you can put in your kWh usage and it will calculate the cost of each rate in the plan's box under the kWh rate. We are looking at other ways to help prospective customers understand each plan and the rates.
