Hi Mustfa, We appreciate your feedback. We do ask Texas residents to go through a soft credit check and if needed, to provide a copy of their driver’s license. You should have also received an email confirming the plan you signed up for after you enrolled. We have sent an email to the address associated with this review requesting additional information. Very little contact. Eversource statement does not even acknowledge Constellation coverage

Hi David, We are very sorry to hear this. You should have received a confirmation email once you enrolled and a welcome packet when your service started. We have sent you an email requesting some additional information so that our customer care team can look into this further. Regarding your Eversource bill, we should be listed as line item on your bill once your service with us begins. If service with us has started and you're not seeing us on your bill, you may want to reach out to Eversource. Your rep said I would receive written confirmation about the terms to this plan INCLUDING, cost of having go on a 1 month plans because YOU failed to submit the properly/corrected paperwork for my May start date, and failed to notify me of this until I called you on April 30th.. I don’t know, did the rep lie to me, or did he just fail to submit the documents to me? Either way, it reflects once again poorly on Constellation Energy!!

A lie from the technician. I have been a customer for many years. I have enjoyed great service but I was so disappointed today. I called for service but no one called or showed up. When I inquired, I was told that it was cancelled because I asked the technician to service a different home. I never received any call. I am waiting for evidence of the technician call or visit. This is annoying.
