I felt the customer service was slow
I felt the customer service representative.I spoke with was very slow in responding took forever.For a simple question. I had gotten an email that said some information was missing on my application to switch to constellation. And it took him forever very, very disappointed.

Great price
I’ve had Constellation in the past and had no problems at all. I decided to return as they have the best prices. The only problem I’ve had is signing up. It was frustrating as it never showed confirmation that my application was submitted. I tried finding out by texting help center but they couldn’t tell either. So I went through the whole application again.

Service has been good
Service has been good, maybe a few minor blips. Would like a lower price.
