This company doesnt really do anything other than charge mostly college students in corporate apartments bullshit fees for utilities that conservice has nothing to do with. One of the most cancerous businesses i have had to interact with. avoid if at all possible!

Be very careful of any rental company using Conservice. I spoke to them today because my final electric bill was the highest one in a year. Nobody was in the house for over 1/2 of the last month - no lights, air turned up, no activity. I was told they looked at last months bill and just estimated what it might be. Not actual usage, just a guess. I saw a few reviews where they replied that they pass along the bill from the utility company, that is not true and I was told this by Ricky in customer service. My bill was an estimate, not factual. Poor way of doing business and definitely taking advantage of the consumer.

no way to contact them. their bots are non responsive they send emails that are not necessary. i pay and receive all my bills directly on the property website, their bills and emails are unncessary and just another way to rip off tenants. extra cost. trying to talk or email someone is impossible. property managers should just get rid of them. also they will not provide evidence to justify the bills so not sure what service they provide. i want them to stop emailing me their useless, unnecessary emails but there is no way to contact them.

These people deserve zero stars. I would take stars away if I could. I will never rent again from a place who uses them. I pay my utility bills through my utility company and my apartment uses these guys and they keep charging me vacant utility fees, saying my power and electric is turned off every month Which is not true, but I have to pay them or I’ll get an eviction notice and then they’ll research it and give me my money back the next month then it starts all over again every single month.

Probably one of the most disorganized, dishonest organizations used an apartment rentals that are absolute garbage I could never do anything right at the customer service is terrible and I’m trying to figure out how they base the single person living in a one bedroom apartment having water bills in outdoor utility bills higher than when I lived in a three bedroom house with a swimming pool. So if you people are looking for places to rent, ask if they use conserve us if they do go somewhere else because you’ll have nothing but a headache I wish I could give them a -4,000,000 stars cause that’s what they’re worth.

Definitely deserves 0 stars. If you’re interested in renting an apartment and they use this company for any utilities, rent somewhere else that doesn’t. Our water bill for 2 people in a one bedroom is $150-$200 monthly. There are no leaks in our apartment and no way we’re using that much water.

Tried to get customer service to fix my bill with the correct amount, and they said I was wrong. They are trying to charge me for two months, when I have proof that I am up to date and even shows I paid on their site. Worse customer service ever.

Cobran mes p mes agua, gas, basura, alcatarrilado, al principio de alcantarillado eran 33 y unos meses atras aumento a casi 100, de agua casi son solo 11 a 20 y ahora salio a 136 el gasto sigue siendo el mismo..y luego cobran meses pasados q ya pagaste los vuelven a cobrar 2 o 3 veces en un mes de 296 q es p mes ahora me cobraron 520 p q cobraron biles pasados q p mes he pagado..los 11 de agua ahora son 136 mas los 125 fijos q lo etiquetan c servicio basico aparte de todo lo q ya cobran mas los 85 de alcantarillado mas doble cobro de enero y febrero de gas..que ya pague en sus respectivos meses...Y aparte me llegaron cobros de la ciudad aparte q son cobros de agua y gas o sea aparte de todo este gran robo..Tratas de hablar c ellos y no los sacas de q ese dinero se debe..son despotas y despectivos..No se q hacer es mucho dinero q uno no tiene..soy sola c un niño especial q vive el hospital constatemente..A veces no alcanzo c esta compañia decide solo estafar a uno..Esto es algo q no se deberia permitir donde estan las leyes de Texas q nos protejen me cambie a esta casa de Progress y te forzan a Conservice y me cambie emocionada de q seria mas ahorro..resulto q se convirtio en una horrible pesadilla..En enero pague mi renta c 2 targetas de debito resulto q los q cobraron se equivocaron y en una de las targetas no cobraron! Les estuve llame y llame y no resolvian el problema despues me culparon a mi decian q mi banco rechazo el cobro p falta de fondos, les envie una foto de lo q habia cuando tenian q sacar el dinero y ni asi reconocian el error..me cayo una carta q tenia solo 3 dias para sacar todas mis cosas..asi de extremos son..Peor q una pesadilla estan saque y saque dinero viven c sus errores q no reconocen p lo tanto te forzan a pagar sin q haya un reembolso de lo q te roban..CONSERVICE DEBERIA DE SER INVESTIGADA Y QUITARLE LA LICENCIA Y SER COSIDERADA COMPAÑIA FRAUDULENTA SIN POSIBILIDAD DE VOLVER A REALIZAR ESTE TIPO DE SERVICIOS..
