Random increases in trash collection…
Random increases in trash collection charges with no explanation. Impossible to get hold of. It totally feels like a CON service.

I rent a property that outsources the utilities to Conservice. Part of my lease is that heat, water, sewer, trash is to be paid by Conservice. I have been renting my home since April 2022. On Monday, October 24, 2022, my heat was turned off for non-payment. I did not know this until Tuesday when we woke up to no heat or hot water. I contacted Conservice on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 @ 8:00am MST and was advised that a case is being open and marked urgent. I have been in contact with many different agents at Conservice and I have been advised that the case is being worked on and I need to be patient and let the process work. We are now on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 @ 2:00pm MST and I still have no heat. This is ridiculous and the worst customer service experience I have dealt with.

The very definition of nickle and diming...moving after our lease is up. They have their name right- "CON"-service! They make up and inflate fees I couldn't dream up!

They are ripping off people on their charges. I don’t know how they calculate charges on everything. I’m a 1 person living in my apartment and I have to pay almost $150.00 for water and all charges that goes with it. That’s ridiculous high. I don’t even stay on my apartment everyday. So what is your basis on your charges?

Conservice had a 'software' glitch that led to them discontinuing our service. We haven't moved - so I called the company and they pointed the finger at our leasing company. The company charged us a 'move-out' fee and then had the gumption to charge us a 'new client set-up' fee. I've been trying to work the clowns there for months and only recently got half of the issue resolved. I've started to pay particular attention to this bill; they charge about $5.00 per month per bill (I wonder how many users they have) as a service provider fee. What a joke!

Conservice recently purchased our condo's water billing company. That was 4 months ago. Now, my water bill is creeping higher (usage, thus dollars) than it has been for the past year. I called them, and they said they cannot read my electronic water meter and are estimating my usage. I was directed to have it repaired/replaced. I find it very suspect because the usage was consistent for th e12 months prior to their take over. Now, since they have taken over the billing for the past 4 months, suddenly my meter is not functioning. Also, we had Conserve for a few months over a year ago, (before our BOD changed away) and this same problem occurred with one of my neighbors. The company is a rip off.
