Require you to work around their schedule and don't show up
I called these individuals to get replacement windows at my daughters house. I am managing the project but as my daughter owned the house they insisted that we both are there to talk to them when the visited. I arranged our schedule and took out time on a Saturday morning (10/20/18). No one showed up and no one even called when I had left my cell number with them. i called them and left two voice mails. Now it is Monday morning and still no call. Skip these guys as they simply don't care.

We do apologize Mr Forstek for any inconvenience we may have caused you sir. Our estimates are free there is no obligation or cost, the only thing that we ask is that we can meet with all homeowners at the same time to make sure that every person is on the same page and this also helps for the sake of saving everyone time and energy as well as to make sure that we get the right information to you correctly the first time. All of our products are custom built with many different options that have distinct benefits and price points; it is very difficult to give accurate pricing in a timely manner without having all parties involved in the evaluation. However the biggest reason that we ask to meet with all homeowners is because we have had too many bad experiences with secondary owners that were not involved initially and were not happy with the end result due to a design or color scheme. Our company has always thrived by word of mouth references and it is imperative to the success and growth of our business to make sure that all customers are pleased. Because of this we have found ourselves replacing brand new products that were just installed to appease the homeowner that was never originally involved. Again we do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience; we do make ourselves available 6 days a week morning to evening up to 8pm for free estimates. We hope that you will reconsider allowing us to earn your business at some point if and when the timing is right. We offer superior products that can save you money and protect one of the biggest investments (your home) that most people will ever make. If you were to look at all of our reviews online you would find that we have thousands of satisfied customers who are very inclined to recommend our products our service and our company. We also tried to explain this to Natalie but she hung up on our dispatch agent. We did try to call her back but the call went straight to voicemail. At this point we assumed that she was no longer interested.
