Hi Alexandra – I see that our Service Manager did get on touch with you and we sent the manufacturer out to repair the window at the end of July. If there are any continuing problems, please let us know.

Hi Josh – We are sorry to hear about your concerns with the clean up after installation. We do have a completion form from your installation that states that all trash / debris were cleaned up to your satisfaction; and according to our records we were not contacted about any issues with regards to clean up. Regardless, please know for the future that you are encouraged to contact us with any issues before, during, or after your installation and we will ensure that they are taken care of promptly. Please reach out to our office if there are still items that need to be addressed from this installation, and we will get them resolved for you. We appreciate your business.
