Conscious Items is the perfect name for this company. I had an issue with delivery of an item, they looked into it and resolved it. Excellent customer service. I've purchased bracelets and have been happy with my choices.

Conscious Items products are of a very high quality. I could not be happier with my crystals and I love wearing them. I was happily impressed and grateful for the service provided, especially during the pandemic, they endeavoured to dispatch my order in good time. Communications was good, and friendly which was appreciated. I will certainly look to CI to supply my growing crystal obsession!

Excellent Customer Service
Thank you so much for your help, my order was experiencing unusual delays due to our current covid-19 problem. Beautiful Company, beautiful crystals
When I received my large order I was very happy with how the box was packed. Each piece of jewelry arrived wrapped in a sturdy little box and came with a snippet of information about how the crystal will help me. One bracelet was a little tight on my wrist and felt uncomfortable so I contacted customer service (By email) to ask for a refund or credit so I could return it and order something different. The customer service department did not take long to get back to me. I was told they do not accept returns however they will give me credit to choose another item. They ask that I gift the bracelet to someone who would enjoy it. I have never heard of a company like this ever in my 50 years of life! My large order was filled with gifts for my daughter for her birthday, so I added the bracelet to her gift box and chose a new item for myself using the code I was sent. Absolutely amazing, beautiful company who truly care about helping people. I am excited about my crystals that I purchased and love their website which is full of information on how to use them. I have a long list of favorites and plan on purchasing more from them very soon.

Conscious Items - I truly cannot say enough wonderful things! Between your customer service and amazing workers to the actual crystals themselves. I have quite a collection now which I treasure. I love my Soothing and I love my strawberry rose quartz. The Blue Tiger Eye and the green for anti anxiety ... the list goes on. I truly treasure them and keep them with in easy reach (although my soothing bracelet has not come off once yet). The quality, passion and care that goes into these is easily felt when received. I wish I could truly describe each piece and explain the impact. I completely and totally recommend you all to everyone! You all have walked with me through some rough times and helped me immensely. Very thankful for you all.
