They have a great customer service, helpful and replies right away to every question I asked. I received the healing lamp I ordered in good condition and in a very nice, protective box. I would definitely buy more items from them.

I recently purchased 3 items from Conscious Items, one of the bracelets was a gift to my husband. Within 1 week of wearing the bracelet, it broke where the lock was. I contatcted CI team on instagram seeking a replacement, and they responded quickly and offered a replacement straight away free shipping too! Their customer service was absolutely amazing, world class service 10/10. They kept communications up to date with me and followed up to check if the replacement item has been received, i was really impressed. Aside from their service, the bracelets are beautiful just as shown on their website. I have been wearing mine on a daily basis and i do love the message behind the brand too. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I would like to share my amazing experience with Conscious Items to the whole world. I have recently purchased the Black Obsidian Talisman, Golden Obsidian Energy Bracelet and Obsidian Grounding Anklet from them. All three products are equally gorgeous but the bracelet was too big for my wrist and the talisman came with a very minor defect (some people might not even noticed it but being a perfectionist, that bothered me quite a lot). So I wrote to Conscious Items and almost instantly I received a reply from Sandra. She was quick to offer me some solutions without any fuss and judgement (although I chose the bigger size of the bracelet so that was technically my fault). Upon my agreement, she arranged for a reshipment for both the talisman and bracelet. And in less than a week, I received both items in perfect condition! The smaller size of the bracelet fits my wrist nicely and it’s absolutely stunning! As for the talisman, it’s simply breathtaking and the anklet is extremely beautiful! I wear all three of them every day as they can easily match any outfit and I’ve lost count of the compliments I’ve gotten thus far! I feel protected while having them on me and I could definitely feel the positive energy. Love them all to the bits! Just would like to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation to Conscious Items and particularly to Sandra, for the outstanding service rendered to me. Sandra went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction towards their products. She was very polite, warm and patient throughout. Her commitment, efficiency and follow ups are certainly commendable! The company has been more than helpful every step. I found this company when searching google and I am so glad I stumbled across it! Originally I wanted to buy my brother a going away gift, and him and I both have been into crystals. So finding this website was amazing.
