Never got my order, never got a response from Customer Service. 100$ in garbage.

Been waiting 5 weeks for my order, had I'd known it was from China I wouldn't have purchased it. 5 weeks is far too long for any delivery. Order from somewhere else it's better than waiting forever.

So after two weeks of waiting (3-5 day shipping apparently) I received my purchase: the obsidian is scuffed and scratched up on both sides and the knot work is in the process of unraveling. This is disappointing considering the price, but that's what I get for ordering an item advertised on Facebook; lastly, "Helen" stop sending me robo messages; I'm not going to respond. I'll file this under lesson learned.

My item came but very clearly on the package it states Made in China. I am returning. I don't even care if I get my money back. I will not knowingly purchase anything made in China. No where in th online store was this mentioned.

Garnet bracelet was nothing more than fake black beads. Not real as website states. What a rip off

I ordered 27 items from this fake place & was still waiting for an item in transit for over 2 months! My order was place 12-16-19 I paid $532.00 through PayPal. I received 3 pieces on 12-31-19 I emailed them & said I want money back do not send any more order! Product was not what was expected. They say everything comes from all over the world mine was packaged & said made in China. After I told them I wanted my money back I filed a dispute with PayPal. All PayPal did was ask fake vendor a couple questions. I had to send pictures of my order all emails between me & conscious items I had to file an internet crime report. PayPal wants all this info and there email only takes 533 words and they don't tell you that! You send email, info, pictures, PDFs they all come back! Then it says 533 words only. I had to send internet crime report chopped in 6 pieces to fit there email. I have over 100 returned emails because of the limited word count on PayPal email. Conscious items finally agreed to give me my money back & sent me a different address in China to send it back too. I took it to postal they wanted over $600.00 for insurance postage tracking! I emailed them back & asked for shipping label because I gave them plenty of notice to stop order. I received a 2nd order which I didn't open but label said it contained 23 items that package didn't get to me until middle of January this year then 3rd package arrived 2 weeks ago with 3 items per label. I didn't open & last item has been in transit for 2 months. They did not respond to email for shipping label. I told PayPal about that & each time 1 of the 2 packages arrived. PayPal sent email with address in United Arab Emirates. I called PayPal back & told them the store said to send back to China? PayPal dispute agent said spoke to owner Elavate ECommerce FZE and merchandise is to be returned too United Arab Emirates. I took to post office bought priority box bubble wrap and tape put return cargo all over box as per PayPal said to do & sent too Elavate ECommerce FZE . PayPal had address wrong. I had to call & wait 20 minutes for dispute agent while waiting I googled address and put in P.O. Box and post office found it. PayPal agent said that was not my job to do it was dispute dept. should be doing that. I told her everything they made me do & she said they do not treat there customers that way & she credit me back most of my postage and told me once the package hits international shipping no matter what else happens I'm done with this case and I will be reimbursed by $532.00 within 5 business days. I gave her the tracking number and asked her if anyone will check tracking or do I need too? she said on a recorded line that they would be on top of it checking it often. I decided to call a few days later because of all the different lies I was told by PayPal agents and a manager! I asked if they were still going to honor agents words too me that no matter what I will get my money back as soon as package goes through international shipping. Spoke to a manager got her badge id and she said yes it would be honored & if they had any worries they could listen too recorded line. Plus it was noted in my account for once! Today I called USPS & the package went through international shipping in California at 11:58 pm on 2-5-20 and was in transit. I asked a postal worker where exactly is the package located? He had same information as I did. But he did see it went through international shipping but he has no other tracking numbers so he filed a claim to find out about the package. He said United Arab Emirates has 35 days to respond. I called PayPal and told them this & said I'm done now right? It's gone through international shipping so I get my money in 5 business days & you guys at PayPal take the case over? I'm told no now I have to wait for the crook who has my money, shorted my order and PayPal will not help me nor keep there word. They never checked tracking at all. It was depended on me.

Not what I ordered at all ! Please be warned ! loss of so much dollars ! EllieL.
