We'd kindly like to explain that our logistic chain doesn't depend solely on us. However, we haven't received any complaints from our customers about this carrier so far. Nevertheless, we're always here to offer a solution in case of any issues. We'd like to confirm that each parcel is insured.  We understand your excitement to receive the order. However, we kindly want to explain that it takes a few days for the carrier to update the tracking number information. Your order was shipped on October 2, and the delivery time usually takes 5-10 business days, which is noted on our website.  After checking our system, we noticed you contacted us after your order was shipped with a request for a cancellation. Since your order was shipped, we asked if you could refuse the parcel upon delivery so we can refund it. We sincerely hope you understand our policies.  However, keeping in mind that customer satisfaction is a priority to us, we replied to your most recent email regarding this matter and provided a solution even though the estimated delivery time still hasn't passed.
