We’re so happy to hear you had a positive experience with our customer service team and were pleased with the ability to make changes in the proof stage. However, I apologize you were unhappy with our proofing method. While we do use modern color matching capabilities for our electronic proofs, we understand that viewing them on a screen isn’t always 100%. Because of this, and to make sure your colors are matched perfectly, we do offer contract proofs so you can see your actual project before we put it into production. This does come with a small added charge but is an option some of our customers use, especially on larger projects. We would be happy to discuss options with you and provide you with a contract proof for your next project. Hi Lynell, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We have always taken pride in offering low prices and are very sorry about the current increases--definitely not something we are happy about having to do. Unfortunately, we, like all printers and many other industries, have been forced to increase prices due to supply chain constraints and are working hard to keep these price increases and delays to a minimum. However, with the current challenges going on in the print industry, these changes are inevitable.
