Criminals
I have a car loan through them and I am used to paying extra money every month on every loan I've ever had to pay it down faster. They somehow get away with applying the extra money that you pay each month to the interest instead of the principal. Also, they apparently use magic math to calculate the interest. Every month the amount of payment to principal should increase while the amount applied to interest should decrease since the interest is figured on a lesser principal balance. Nope, not with them. They somehow charge MORE interest on lesser amounts. I have to assume they'll get caught and prosecuted for financial crimes.
