My order still hasn’t shipped even thought I’m been charged. When I call an ask for a status, I’m told the warehouse will need to communicate that. It’s been 4 days, for an in stock item that I needed overnighted.

Only one usb c port worked and my lenovo charger fit but would not charge

Terrible! They send me the wrong part and I call to return it and just to get a hold of someone was a chore in itself. Then once I finally get through to someone, she tells me I have to 1. Pay for shipping back to the company and 2. Pay a 15% restocking fee! The part was 20 bucks so If I chose to use their scenario, it would have yielded a rerun of 8 dollars and the time spent going to the post office and sending it odd. I threw it in the garbage and will never use this terrible company again.

I haven't received a tracking number or confirmation of my purchase.

Don't trust this company or what you see on their website!! I saw a computer on their website and due to the price, I called the 800 number to verify the information. The representative verified that the information was correct, the computer was in stock, and the price listed was correct. I purchased the computers and almost a week later they are " out of stock"! I got no notification and the funds were still holding on my credit card. I called and it took 3 transfers, 1 hour of holding , and getting the information for the supervisor and VP of Sales, Thomas Dion before someone would help me with finding out what happened with my order. finally I got "sorry, it was our error, website was incorrect, employee was wrong and there's nothing we can do". The supervisor had no empathy for my situation and no resolve or other options to rectify the situation. I was completely disappointed.

I was waiting on the phone for 30 mins after that I got a recorded message that someone will call you back ASAP this is not right I will never do any business with them again. Phil
