Great Communication!
Communication between customer and company are important to me. After receiving an email for validation for item(s) that I had purchased, I called and everything was sorted out promptly. customer service was very polite. I have not received the product yet upon writing this, however with how they treat me it gives me confidence that my product will arrive. Edit:12/9/25 Product arrived, no damage to product nor package. Also arrived earlier then was estimated, this made my day. Will be coming back in the future.
