Seems sketchy. Asked for my student and work emails to verify my name, even though the credit card transaction was successful. So I emailed them from both my school .edu address and my work address. Then they said neither one was enough, but didn't explain how, and stated I would be required to use a wire transfer at my own expense! I offered to take a photo with myself and the credit card, or I could even take a photo of my mail, but they never responded. I haven't had this issue with CDW, so I guess I will have to go with them. You can see other reviews complaining about this, and they reply to claim this is for "security" despite the fact that we have all made similar purchases or larger at other places and never had this issue. Edit: It's been several weeks, so not sure what their internal review showed (if they even actually had one), but I never heard anything.

Have to cancel my purchase

I only received one when I ordered three and the one was dirty

I called many times to reconfirm that it’s legitimate order and the credit card as instructed in the email but when I call CSR for status of my order, they asked me to call credit department for verification. It became a loop and order is still pending. Not a good experience

I ordered a High dollar item and was emailed a confirmation. The email states to call or EMAIL if you need to cancel, and I did cancel. The next day I did it again to cancel. Once it was shipped, I got a reply about my request 48 hours later, and only after it was delivered did I get an RMA. What is the point of saying to email us to cancel this order if you need to cancel? I will not use EVER again. Rec reply Sometimes, our automated shipping process ships faster than our customer service can get replies, which enables us to have such a fast shipping time.. Maybe not leaving an email as a way to cancel? Instead, just a Phone number to call only if this is the case????

I can not get a response from consumer service. i need my order over night and cant get an answer

Ironicamente compré el "screen protector" por internet y me lo enviarion desde ALEMANIA; sin embargo esta compañia está en USA y no hace envio a un territorio estadounidense.
