Order a Laptop they took the money out and 2 days later they notified me that they don’t have them in stock …why would you allowed to place an order on something when you don’t have in stock …very unprofessional and poor business ..I won’t deal with them again …Stay away !!! Did not ship me the laptop. Wasted a lot of my time while I was waiting for the order, while nothing wrong was indicated when I placed the order. Supposedly because billing address didn't match shipping address, which is ridiculous as I do not live at my shipping address and a lot of people do not, this is normal. What's really creepy is when I called to ask why laptop never shipped I was conneted to lying, fraudulent employee, who lied to my face, he claimed that they called my phone number and someone there said they never ordered a laptop - it was a blatant lie, as the only person using my phone number is myself, they claimed they called landline for my phone, which it does NOT have. Filing with consumer affairs protection authorities. Bought 2 laptops from 2 large, well-known businesses instead at the same kind of price, received them promptly and without any issues, stay away from this horrendous dishonest company.

I emailed support to cancel the shipment and they never did

The company cancelled my order without even notifying me. After 3 days of ordering a MacBook and receiving confirmation and a charge on my credit card, I did not receive any tracking number. The previous order number showed in progress in my account, but after two days they deleted the order in my account. My card is still showing a pending charge. This company is UNRELIABLE and I would never consider ordering again from them. Update order number: #62012497 I contacted their customer support through email, no responses after another 3 days.

Connection.com cancelled my order 61898660 without even notifying me. After 2 days of ordering a laptop and receiving confirmation and a charge on my credit card, I did not receive a tracking number. I decided to call this company and spoke to one of the CSRs and was told that the order has been cancelled. Christmas is approaching soon so I have no time to waste to search another gift for my son. This company is UNRELIABLE and I would never consider ordering again from them. It's run as though they are still starting out selling online from 20 years ago. Updated 12/16/22. One can see the response from Connection is simply fictitious asking for an order # to look so they can look into. The ORDER # WAS MENTIONED IN THE REVIEW! Connection also made the order disappear from my account. The action of this company is similar to those fly-by-night companies.

Ordered an iPad on Black Friday. Contacted customer service after 10 days and was told my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. Why did I have to contact them about this myself and why was I able to make the purchase if they were out of stock. Order number was 61868970

I ordered my son a pair of Beats September 16th and it never came

Very poor customer service. I purchased 6 ergotron systems. I installed one and found out that it was defective. The part is not steady when my staff is working on it. I called Connection to return the product. They sent me an RMA and I returned the 5 unopened products. After I had already made the return they emailed me that there is a 15% restocking fee. This is ridiculous for a faulty product that was unopened. I left a message with the manager over 1 week ago and have yet to hear back. I'm very disappointed in this company that states they have great customer service. Order #61700686
