PC Connection screwed up my original order, then "temporarily" charged me to send the correct item while they waited for me to return the incorrect item. I returned that item promptly, but still haven't been able to get them to refund this "temporary" charge.

Poor response from sales rep on various pre-sales and other questions and no followup.

Bought Macbook Pro on Dec 7th 2023 and as of today Jan 3th 2024 I still haven't received it. UPS lost package and I asked PC Connection to file a lost package claim on Dec 18th. UPS acknowledged package was lost on Dec 26th and indicated it will work on the shipper (PC Connection) to pay for the claim. Emailed PC Connection and asked for a refund and they told me it won't issue refund until UPS claim is paid and settled. They won't send replacement on the same invoice and they also won't issue a full refund even after UPS acknowledged package was lost. I have never deal with a company who hold customer hard earned money as hostage like this ever in my life. They also asked me to do the phone landline verification before they will ship out the MacBook. Who in the universal would ask to do the landline verification in the 21st century? I ended up giving my business to Adorama. I know you going to ask for the order # as a way to make others think your company cares to read customer feedback and so here is the Order# 62540408. I am curious what you are going to say about this horrible holiday shopping experience I had with your company.

Ordered laptop and called customer service to cancel the order within 8 hours and customer service told 15% restocking fees applied while returning bc which is non sense. Even though not received nor opened still they will charge restocking fees for 15%. I would advise and recommend no one should buy any item from them. Customer service is rude and attitude. I wanted to order online and I asked about tax exemptions, apparently you dont ship to PO BOXs according to your service line dragon lady that was very biased due to my nationality. while she started questioning me and saying "I feel like judge Judy" while she didnt want me to process the purchase cause it was not going to work for me. I dont see how this is not specified on your website's terms, & conditions, or legal notices section. Also dont claim global procurement I have been ordering supplies from the US for years and this woman gave me the worst experience ever.

Ordered on Tuesday 6/13/23 with 2-Day delivery. Received an email on 6/15 that it wouldn't be arriving until 6/16.

My order was sent to the wrong address. And nobody could help me with the wrong shipping address the your company used! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service!!!!
