Hello, Very good and smart services with our account manager. Our request was urgent, and we experienced a answer delay with Connection to our need, as our account manager was on vacation and not replaced during that time.

Overall decent experience. However, it wasn't always clear what exactly I was filtering on, and it was a bit of a pain to filter on multiple criteria for the same category. For example, I seeing all laptops with 8 or more GBs of RAM requires you to make 3 separate selections and reload the page after each. Also, it might be interesting to capture and track users job titles/functions and then utilize that info to suggest hardware/packages of hardware to future users based on their title/function. Not sure feasibility on that, but would be cool if you could figure it out.

Did not have HDMI output - ordered Display Port adaptor which works fine and allows me to use.
