Ordered a APC UPS and never got a email saying it was shipped. I waited 2-3 months and finally got around to try to call - was stuck into a long waiting queue and then finally resorting to emailing them about it to get a status update. Seems like it was quietly "Cancelled" and they had no intentions of fulfilling it. They have the item in stock but don't want to sell it at the price it was ordered several months back. Would never order from them again. Order #63387271

I do not believe this is a real company I think this is a scam.

My product was never received. Due to a bad address, it was returned. Unfortunately getting a refund has been extremely challenging. I have called 3 x and sent an email to customer care and although have been promised a return call from 3 different staff members I have yet to have anyone follow through and my email was ignored as well. I had to contact my credit card company to have the charge reversed. I would never recommend Connection due to my experience. This was my 1st and last time shopping with Connection.

They charged me twice for three Meraki licenses and 10 days on they still have not delivered. No one picks up the phone and they don't reply to emails. I'm gonna have to do a credit card chargeback.. :(

SCAM. Watch out this place fishes for personal info. Fake customer service that deletes bad reviews from their social media pages!!!!

Your company can't seem to send invoices to the right mailbox, for the third time. Not sure why it's so hard to send the invoices to our accounting department.

Several years ago I ordered many computers and the service was great. However when I got my new salesman,Jacob Ferreira, that's when the service went down. I emailed him 3 weeks ago and never got a response. I then called the company and left a voicemail with him, and never got a return call. I called the company back and asked for his manager and left a message with him, and still no return call. I do wish they had good people working for them still because they were very helpful at one time.
