A fantastic contract management life cycle tool - improves productivity, proves contract negotiation isn't as scary as it seems, we love the ease of the installation to the efficient processes we can build around Conga Contracts and more importantly, WITHIN Conga Contracts. Looking forward to enabling Conga AE and Grid, understanding how these will work for us - excited times ahead!

Not only is the product exactly what we need, but the customer service and assistance we have received from the Conga team has been excellent. They are always willing and able to troubleshoot issues with you. Honestly, I have had some of the best customer service experiences with Conga that I've had with any of my salesforce vendors.

Conga provide the tools needed to quickly and efficiently produce branded, standardised documents from my Salesforce data. The button parameters available let me choose if my Salesforce users should have to choose a template, who to send it to/where to save it, what format it should be produced in etc, or whether I want to pre-set all these things so all the user needs to is press a button; further to this, I can use workflow to negate my user pressing a button at all, rather run Conga from a field state change instead. Conga also have an excellent Support team. If you can't find what you need in their documentation, fire an email to the team and they respond very quickly, with what you need plus contextual examples of usage.
