Conga is easy to use, and the support system is great!

Great tool for doc gen in SF.

Our company has been using Conga since 2008 and while there have been a few rough patches here and there we have always had great service from their support team and account reps.

From the automation mechanisms that speak flawlessly to Salesforce (and Patron Manager) to the exemplary customer service and support, Conga has been an asset on all fronts for our non-profit theater. When implementing new practices, making changes to existing documents, and updating policies for our customers' benefit, Conga support team has surpassed our expectations and empowered us to continue moving forward. I would recommend Composer, Conductor, and Workflow to any ticketing service that operates with a group sales department and wants to pursue pre-show and post-show emails to maintain good customer service with their clients.

The provide a great product at a great price. Their customer service is top notch. I was not the one who chose this solution for our business, but I am glad we did. Over the last 6 years, I have only had a minor issue once or twice. They responded to my support request by email within an hour!
