Recovered fund's
Confirmo do not just have the best customer service but they have one of the best risk/finance team. They helped me recovered my funds I sent to a different network, even though they charged me 10% but it was much better than a 100% funds loss.

Recovered transaction
I would like to thank Gabriel because he helped me find a lost transaction from Alza and managed to recover it and explained what was wrong. I am newbie to crypto so this is kind of complicated to me. Thank you we learn something new everyday!

I paid using the wrong network…
I paid using the wrong network contacted support and had my funds recovered in 2 days. Really fast reply’s from customer service. Big shoutout to mark.

Do not trust, KYC scam
Do not trust, this is a scam company, they will allow you to open account and once you recieve payment they will, all of a sudden require you to KYC. You will ever pass this KYC, this is where the scam is confirmed, we are legit and submitted all required docs , it has become apparent after 6 months , we will not pass this kyc as they are just scammers.

Please contact us at [email protected] if you need any help with passing the verification process. We do our best to be transparent about our KYC. As a licensed European payments processor we are legally obliged to require certain basic documents from our clients to comply with applicable law. Although we are aware of the inconvenient nature of requiring your personal documents, over the years we have managed to streamline the process to be as simple as possible. Scammed me of money
Scammed me of money. Horrible oplatform . Will say you have underpaid just to scam more money for the transcation

Underpaid invoices are refundable and the merchant should be able to help you resolve the issue.
