First purchase with using Confirmo
This was my first experience purchasing using cryptocurrencies. The service is easy to use, and the entire process is transparent and reliable. It automatically accounts for and refunds overpayments resulting from the requirements of a given blockchain. Since it was my first time, I made the mistake of sending funds to a different network than the one required. After explaining this, customer service immediately refunded the funds. Shady company A scam don’t try them Same problem as others as they keep sending money to the wrong address so they can charge you a minimum of 20 usd recovery fee and 10%

Dear Johnbosco, We’re sorry to read your review, but we must clarify: Your funds were sent using the wrong network (USDT BSC instead of USDT ERC20), which is outside of our control. Despite this, we assisted you by manually recovering the transaction and returning the funds to your wallet. Our recovery fee of 10% (minimum $20) is transparently stated in our terms and covers the operational costs of locating and returning funds sent incorrectly. This is a standard industry practice for recovery services. Your recovered funds were successfully sent back to you on July 7, 2025, as confirmed in our email with the transaction ID: 0x7bd05f1ebddf5bb1abae0075d0682aa468283c7d3e45264e20e72f65b0830b35 We take the security of our platform seriously and only process funds to addresses that customers provide during transactions.
