My experience with Conexwest, particularly their dispatch process, has been abysmal and ultimately cost me both time and money due to construction delays. I placed an order for a 40-foot rental container on August 25 and was told it could be delivered as early as September 2, but no later than September 7. That timeline worked with my construction schedule, so I paid the deposit and moved forward. After payment, I was told dispatch would contact me within 24 hours to schedule delivery. After 48 hours with no contact, I reached out myself. It took another 24 hours before Sandra in dispatch contacted me. From there, it took another two days and several unanswered calls before I finally received a delivery date of September 10—already three days later than the latest date I had originally been promised. Construction was scheduled to begin September 11, so September 10 was cutting it extremely close, but I rearranged things and made it work. Then, on the morning the container was supposed to arrive, I received a text from the delivery company informing me they could not deliver because they did not have a container available and that I needed to contact Conexwest. What followed was even more frustrating: more unanswered calls and emails to Sandra. I finally received an email from her four days after the scheduled delivery date stating that they did not have a container for me and that she would update me when one became available. Today is September 15, and I finally canceled my order. What I find most unacceptable isn't simply that a container wasn't available—inventory issues happen. It's the lack of communication, unanswered calls, missed commitments, and the fact that Conexwest accepted my deposit and provided delivery dates without apparently having a container available to fulfill the order. I planned my construction schedule around the dates Conexwest provided, and their failure to deliver or communicate in a timely manner resulted in unnecessary delays, frustration, and additional costs. I hope this review helps others who are considering Conexwest for a container rental. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend confirming that they physically have a container available and can guarantee your delivery timeline before paying a deposit or scheduling any work around their promised delivery date.

Deceptive inventory, endless ghosting, and zero answers. Avoid Conexwest. I placed an order with Conexwest on July 1st, 2026, for an item explicitly listed on their website as "in stock." My order confirmation stated my estimated delivery date was July 8th, 2026. That delivery date passed with zero communication, no tracking information, and no delay notifications. Getting answers was an absolute nightmare. I called multiple times and was repeatedly hung up on. After calling back persistently, I reached Titus Eduard Magaling, who looped in four other employees via email (Judy Salazar, Annette Liva, Maria Elena Febre, and Josie Belarmino) on July 13th. On July 15th, I received an update stating they were still waiting for the doors to arrive at their own depot. I replied directly, calling out the contradiction: "I received this email saying estimated delivery date 07/08/2026. Now you are telling me you do not have the door in your possession? I ordered the 1st. When can I expect to have the door?" They responded stating there was currently no estimated delivery date (ETA) available. I reached out again on July 23rd to get an update. Conexwest completely ignored me. After 13 days of total radio silence, I had to repeatedly call back until I got Titus on the phone again today (August 5th). Even now, over a month after taking my money, he still has absolutely no answer on when I can get my door. Conexwest takes your money for items they do not have, hides from customer service calls, ghosts emails, and provides zero answers. Do not buy from them.

Extreme misrepresentation. Website says 2 days to receive a container. I received a call to answer questions about a potential purchase and I was told its more like 2 weeks. I was then told it could be rushed and take about 1 week. After one week I emailed again and the reply stated delivery on June 5th. It is June 16 and they do not reply to emails or return calls. We have tried daily to contact them. Only the original salesman will answer his cell and suggests that we would get a call next week to schedule a delivery. I am attempting to cancel now since a delivery cannot be set even though the website says 2 days.

Was late in delivering container. Had to contact multiple times and finally threaten to cancel the order before I could get the container delivered. Similar issue with the pickup. Container was returned several months ago however I keep getting invoices with Conexwest threatening to send to their collections agent if I don't pay for the container I no longer am renting. I have sent many emails to their AR, my assigned contact, and their legal department but the invoices keep coming. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are a real pain to deal with. Despite appearances, they are not local (Florida). Their offices are in California and they deal with subs in your local area. I strongly advice finding a local company for your container needs.

If a negative 5 star was available I would've given it to this shady company. This company demands payment in full before anything is addressed by said company. After said company receives payment in full, U get an email from someone claiming to be your sales representative, when U try contacting said sales representative U are unable to speak directly to them. Your emails, texts and phone calls to said representative go unanswered by sales representative. U are forced to call said companies call center, navigate your way to the correct department and talk to someone who doesn't have a clue about your paid in full order. U will be told that someone from a different department will call U back with more information regarding your paid in full order. After U wait for days without receiving any response/communication, U will have to again and again and again navigate your way through department after department after department to try and get any and all updates on your paid in full order. My order was placed and paid in full on the 5th of the month, this said company website had the 8th for delivery. I requested delivery on the 12th of the month instead of the 8th, finally got confirmation on the 8th that my paid in full order would not be fulfilled by the 12th. After numerous phone calls, texts and emails to said company representatives with no confirmed delivery date for my paid in full order, I finally talked with a representative of said company on the 15th who confirmed there was no set delivery date for my paid in full order. He suggested I cancel my paid in full order immediately, I asked if I would receive a 100% refund, he put me on hold and said his manager told him I would receive a 100% refund of my paid in full order. I canceled my paid in full order immediately with said company representative on the 15th if the month. Said company representative told me it would take 7 to 10 days to receive my 100% refund. It's 22 days after the fact and still NO REFUND! This said company SUCKS! Don't try doing any business with them, they're NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!
