Great communication on letting me know that some of the items were backordered and providing alternatives that were available. Great job -- keep it up.

Quick turnaround with qulity products.

everything was exactly what I purchased. All came in good order.

Nothing much to say. I received the product in good shape but took a very long time to receive it due to USPS.

Found what I was looking for. Good vendor with fast shipping and reasonable prices. No problems.

The product did nothing.

I just wanted to say that on a recent order, my rep (Ben) was very helpful resolving some shipping issues and communicating the whole process with me. They went the extra mile to make things right, and I will definitely shop with them again. It's great customer service, and having dealt with terrible vendors in the past, it's nice to know you can trust the people you talk to.

I needed an order quickly, they helped me upgrade my shipping. The customer service was quick, helpful, respectful, and pleasant. They were able to provide me with what I needed
