I placed my order on February 7th, today is March 1st and I still haven't received my order. I reached out to the company and still haven't gotten a response. I'd like a full refund at this point!

I placed two separate orders on the same day. I paid extra for one of the packages to arrive sooner and somehow it arrived days later after the other package without expedited shipping arrived. When it finally did arrive it was the wrong order and the condoms were to small. I was told to keep them and they will ship the correct package right away. The wrong condoms don't even fit me. And I really wanted them for when my girlfriend was in town and they ended up arriving when she left. I didn't get a refund or credit for the fact I paid extra for them to arrive early.

I was excited to try these (Unique "Plus XXL" Latex-Free Condoms) condoms but they are a disaster. The first one tore in half while I was putting it on, which I figured was my mistake. The second went on ok but broke during sex, requiring my partner to take plan B and both of us to spend hundreds on STI testing. I have been very sexually active and using condoms for thirty years and in all that time have only had ONE condom break before this. Needless to say I am super disappointed and very frustrated. These condoms are awful and should be off the market. They are also not close to "XXL" in size, they barely fit! I see this as a deceptive marketing tactic appealing to men's egos, not a measure of reality. When marketing a medical device this is unconscionable and could have led to unwanted pregnancy or STI transmission. No laughing matter. This is a serious breach of trust and safety!

My order never arrived. It’s been lost in transit for the past month without any word on its whereabouts. When I emailed the company for further information or a refund, I never received a reply.

My experience with Condomania. My first order was on Sun, Apr 30, 10:08 PM I receive an email from Condomania on May 31, 2023, 5:48 PM, want me to write a review about my recent purchase. I write a review a few days ago but been blocked. I email Ben at Condomania, want to know why my review is been blocked?. Ben reply to my email: "When a customer leaves a bad review and mentions that he or she isn't going to purchase from us again, it leaves little incentive for us to want to help you resolve your case. Please give us a chance to fix this and try to win you over as a customer for life." I wait for over one and a half month, in the end the order never arrived... My first time order from Condomania and will be my last.
