Overall, great experience. The nursing staff is very helpful. The primary doctors can appear a bit rushed in meetings.

Conceptions was very through and attentive to every detail of the process. I enjoyed working with the entire staff as everyone was helpful. They had excellent customer service and were able to help me with any questions throughout the entire process.

After unsuccessful treatment with another provider, I found Conceptions. I had been told by two previous clinics that I needed to go with donor eggs. Dr Bush at Conceptions wanted to give it another try based on my test results and the confidence he had in his lab. They were successful. I am almost 17 week pregnant. I thought I was at the end of my journey and ready to make some tough choices. They gave me hope and they delivered. My husband and I could not be happier.

Dr Grindler is excellent. Smoothly run fertility center and I’m pregnant after first attempt, so overall excellent experience. Make sure you find a doctor you trust, I didn’t start out with Dr. Grindler but we are very happy we ended up/ switched to her.
