I wanted to share my thoughts on IX Hello at Work! Having an AI tool integrated into our company has been incredibly helpful. It supports me with my projects and daily tasks, making everything more efficient and streamlined. One of the biggest advantages is that, since it's an internal tool, I can easily connect it to internal sources of information to enhance and support my processes.

My experience with iX Hello has been nothing short of impressive; it's incredibly intuitive and exceptionally helpful. What stands out most is the company's forward-thinking approach, actively driving innovation through technology. These tools are brilliantly designed to streamline workflows, making us more productive and simplifying our everyday responsibilities. A truly valuable asset!

I have just started working for company and going through training. Training is excellent and takes place over 4 week period. The management seem supportive and give you a platform to do well. The base salary is decent and an excellent bonus structure is in place to reward top performers. This is is excellent as many call centres don't distinguish between top performers and gives a good incentive to those who want to succeed. Great opportunity for unskilled workers and nice office and facilities.

La pire boite que j'ai connu. Les RH sont des robots inhumains qui vous rient au nez lorsque vous pointez un dysfonctionnement à leur avantage. Refusent des verser les primes qu'ils vous vendent tout au long du contrat, refusent de rembourser les transports car "ils ont égaré le justificatif". Honteux. Ai du travailler tous les week end durant 2 mois, et + encore. Et quand je l'ai souligné on m'a répondu " tu as signé ton contrat, bin voilà!" .Inhumain comme nul part ailleurs. Ne renouvellent pas les contrats mm si vous notes d'appels sont de plus de 90%. Pire que mcdo en ce qui concerne le turn over. Je comprend les employés qui les poursuivent, ils le méritent. Aucune communication lors de la fin de contrat, mais vraiment rien, pas un seul mot. LA PIRE BOITE POUR LAQUELLE J'AI TRAVAILLÉ. Lorqu'ils disparaitront beaucoup de gens iront mieux.

Entreprise toxique avec des licenciements abusifs

I worked at Concentrix and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. The management didn’t seem very professional and often played favorites, focusing more on protecting themselves than helping employees grow. There was a lot of gossip, low pay, and the work environment felt stressful and unpleasant. They also didn’t offer much in terms of career development. I wouldn’t recommend this company—better to look for something else.
