I waited over a month to get what I ordered and by then I have already conceived. I’ve asked over 10 times to get a refund and the company kept emailing me saying my product is on the way which it wasn’t. The company ignored my request so they got a free $43 from me which was a waste. I will never order anything from this company and they have poor communication skills. I could only contact them via email which I felt wasn’t very professional when I have deep concerns.

I was not happy on how long it took for me to receive my items. After a month I finally received half of my order and then another 3weeks for the other half. I was not kept updated on my order until I started asking for a refund and I did not receive any $20 voucher for the inconvenience so I'm not sure that was just stated in the review

Not satisfied whatsoever placed my order beginning of may just to be emailed 3 days later they are on back order which should of been online because that would of helped me decide if I wanted to wait when I reached out to a chat agent they tried to say it's online yeah now it is not early last month. 2nd issue I only recieved the mens supplements not the lube and not the female supplements doesn't make sense for me to start on them and be almost done now will have to order more in another week while still waiting for the female supplements the whole point was to start together so no I have not been happy at all I even chatted in 3 times before anything was even shipped to cancel and per their stupid policy no refunds but it's ok to make a customer wait way over a month for their items. Actually I have screenshots of all my chats when I contacted customer service those 3 times before items were shipped and when I recieved one item and nowhere not once was mentioned or even offered free products whatsoever so don't try to lie. Only thing was the lube was not included in the first order like it says it was and I was told it was being sent so nothing about that is free. And i have 2 separate shipments coming in which again is ridiculous and I was emailed again telling me to rate my service and as paying customer I am entitled to post the dissatisfaction and the discrepancy from your company so don't try and justify my response and state free stuff is offered because that right there is a lie and making yourself look bad.

I don’t know if it really works because on me it didn’t

The delivery took longer than it stated. I used this ever day of my fertile window for 2 cycles with no luck. The constant use also caused an infection do to the Ph of the lube as my doctor explained to me. This product may work for others, but for me it did not.

Customer service was horrible and I lost 60$ that i did not have .

Took over 3 weeks to receive product even though I paid for 3day shipping.

Did not become pregnant with these
