Fast, I received before the estimated delivery. I had a very good experience when purchasing from them, it was very easy to get in touch with them and received a prompt reply to my requests. I did not meet any inconvenience, everything was perfect.

Didn’t think it would turn out like this !
7 days after placing my order still no tracking number and order is still being processed! How? What kind of website/company would avoid making their customer happy? I have called and I can’t even leave a message because there is no tone or beep & message keeps repeating! I have emailed no response back? I looked forward to ordering it and now very disappointed !

Order still not sent after 2 1/2 weeks
I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago and it still shows order in process. I have sent 4 emails with no response. I’m about to call my bank and have my payment returned.

Bad customer service
I ordered my conceive plus lubricant and prenatal vitamins six days ago and my order is still processing. The company advertises three day shipping. When I call I get a machine saying no one can take my call. I have sent two e- mails with no reply to find out where my order is and why it is still processing.
