Instead of promising "miracles" they talked sense and explained what had to be done and then did it in the time necessary. Wouldn't want the problem again but glad to have them work on it.

I took several items to them on the chance tho' not computer or electronic devices of any kind, on the chance they just might be able to repair them for me. They did so and were not only helpful but I felt honest in their billing process and in every way helpful. I would definitely give them at least a chance to assess whatever other stuff that might need assessing, and have with no reservation, referred them to the many other apartments dwellers where I live, all of whom are seniors.
