Tremendously impressed!!! They repaired 3 computers for me, recently. 2 were rather easy fixes, the 3rd fix was tremendously impressive. The hard file on the desktop crashed. The folks at Computer Doctor were able to save all the non-replaceable software on it. My hat is tipped to their skills as I would have had to buy tons of equipment and software to replace what would have become inoperable without the software on the hardfile.

I was very impressed by their service. They couldn't fix my dumb mistake but did not try to sell me things I didn't need and didn't even charge me for trying. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent service. Went in on a Saturday with phone not working and in two hours my phone was working great.

My laptop fell into a deep puddle of water and was initially told by a computer store that my HD was impossible to repair/recover. Called Computer Doctor and was told they could retrieve my data. However, I was SUPER reluctant to give my password for en encrypted partition. They recovered all my data (including the encrypted partition) and I succeeded to open the file in a minute with my password. You saved my life and the outcome is priceless. It's worth a positive review on Trustpilot for sure.
