Had to wait for three weeks for a simple battery replacement. No communication received and had to go to shop multiple times to get a status.

It took more than two weeks get my phone screen and sim tray replaced. I had to return the phone because it was not receiving and calling out and the phone was not charging. When I finally came to pickup the phone the new screen was scratched by technician who did the final repair to fix the problems.

The experience was totally terrible! My hard drive was out of order and I took along with my computer to ask them fix it. After 1 week I got it back, they said they had fix it already and replaced the old hard drive with a new one. OK I paid $200 for it then, but turns out after 3 days it was out of order again!!!!! I wonder did they really change the hard drive for me????? how come a new drive can die that fast?????just 3 days???????? I was frustrated and called them again, they ensured that they had changed a new one for me already and refused to change for me again. totally bad services

Totally frustrating experience. Had to retrieve data and then replace hard drive. Communication was terrible, had to go back 4 times, each time with an excuse of why it wasn’t completely ready and $600 later I still cannot use my computer. I expected the tech to be more on the ball with helping someone who is obviously less informed about computers than he. I had to ask the questions of why certain apps were wiped from my screen..... instead of him anticipating what needed to happen to restore them, all I got was an “oh yeah”. Then he would try to fix.... which he didn’t!

We arranged to collect our new computer and your man never showed up bloody hopeless. Zoe who had just left the company sorted everything for us. You should not have let her go.

I came into this place to drop off my Mac desktop it has been over 10 months and I have yet to have gotten any follow-ups regarding the status of my computer. I have been extremely stressed over this and patient and have stopped by the physical store numerous of times with no answers or updates available. The appearance of the location was very professional however. I have yet received a professional and positive experience with this location. I run a business and I have now had to invest in a whole another computer for the lack of not being able to provide invoices to my clients or handle my day today business affairs.

This is not the spot for hard drive repairs save your money take it to real pros.
