My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day. The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.

When I first walked in i was greeted very nicely. I told them the issue and before running a diagnostic they already knew what the problem was. I went to previous computer repair shops and they would just send me back my computer and tell me to go apple. These guys know their business very well. Thank you, hope 2020 treats y’all good.
