Entire phone went black...called them and explained the problem (back screen LED problem)...went online to make an appointment (easy and saved me $10 off the service)...went into store (clean, sterile) and had my phone fixed by the time I finished lunch. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Fast friendly service while I waited outside 15 minutes due to Covid-19. I was very pleased by the tech manning the store and have nothing but positive things to say. Without hesitation I will purchase service again if needed in the future.
