Been waiting for my refund before posting this review. Got my item ordered only to get a backordered email about a week after the purchase. Mildly irritating but that happens, however, CompSource wasted no time taking my money a day or two after the purchase...3-4 weeks before the item shipped. In my online shopping history, companies generally wait until the item is or has shipped before taking your money. Then, when the fire pit arrive, it was in was in 7 pieces but only should have been in 5…that’s right a broken item and I don’t think it was done by FedEx. After submitting my RMA request, I had to contact CompSource multiple times including getting a supervisor involved before getting the item shipped back. And my multiple contacts included arguing with an employee about how to ship the item back, the supervisor kissing my butt only to go on vacation for 2 weeks before getting back to me and then FedEx just showing up one day without so much as an email from CompSource. And of course I had to reach out to find out if/when I’d be getting my refund. In my humble opinion, do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this company. If you do, I wish you luck…

I placed my order which included a $40 shipping charge. I didn't get tracking so I emailed them. A representative told me I should receive in one business day. I didn't get the tracking so I re-emailed them and got a canned message telling me I had to pay an additional $130 for shipping. I responded by saying the error was on their and and there's to fix. They said no.

I ordered an item over 2 months ago and never received it!!!, NO refund been going back and forth being told 1 lie after another and still have never been able to get my money or a reshipment of the item. Also don't let them tell you to wait for any claims through FEDEX, because FEDEX basically told me that I (as the customer) can't file any claims due to lost or destroyed shipments, and guess what? They can't either, some weird thing about there contract with them. STAY AWAY BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM!!!

charged exorbitant shipping fee ($42) for overnight shipping, but despite calling to confirm delivery, they failed to deliver on time, or then refused to cancel the order, then demanded that I pay shipping to return late product I have been working in the IT industry over 20 years and work with hundreds of reputable suppliers - will not be working with Compsource again

I still have not received the order and do not know if it is accurate. However, it is already clear to me that their software is bad and that their internal procedures are even worse. My order was placed on saturday (nov 28) and immediately afterwards I noticed that I made a mistake on the shipping address. Then I learned that their system does not allow any modifications, even before the order is processed, so I had to send two email messages to different email adresses requesting the modifications. On Monday morning, two days later, came a request to confirm the address and I requested the same changes for the third time. All before the order was processed. Their reply to one of the email requests came in the afternoon saying that they had already shipped it and couldn't do nothing about it. The catch is: they did not provide a tracking number and it was still early for trucks to pick orders (always at the end of the working day), so that was a PLAIN LIE. I am really tempted to have the bank cancel the debit to my credit card. Maybe they will act on this. The problem is that I am not a lier and will not denounce the plastic as stolen if this was not the case, so I have no other action available, but to denounce their lack of business ethics. Just don't buy there. They lie.
