I got the NY kaws hat and the brim was misshaped. I bought the LA kaws hat too and that was perfectly fine. The NY hat looked lopsided on my head when worn. The stitching was off. I sent pics to complex support and they said I was able to send it back because they agreed that it did look kinda off. They sent me back a new one perfectly stitched and not lopsided. Shipping took one week and I’m in Los Angeles. I’m really satisfied tbh couldn’t believe it was that easy to work with them.

The shipping took long;however, it was worth the wait. High quality tshirt. The image is amazing. Honestly, I am kind of scared to wash it, because I am scared of fading. I love the tshirt and I love Greg simmons aka craolas art. Thank you for a great product. It was worth the price.🫀👁️🫀🫀🫀🫀👁️

Shipping and product quality is good but the medium I got was oversized so I can’t even wear it and ya’ll don’t accept return so that’s the cons

Die Lieferung war top innerhalb einer Woche war das Shirt da 👍. Der Kundenservice antwortet schnell und freundlich und meiner Meinung nach könnte die Verpackung etwas stabiler sein aber sonst alles super 🙂
