Never got my package

Ordered the kaws x dodgers collab.. spent over $500 & they haven’t even sent a shipping update yet.. it’s been over 10 days..🥲

Horrible they will not even do a size exchange spend your money else where. They do not sell anything you can’t get else where. They won’t even do a simple size exchange smh don’t waste your money here.

Horrible shop. Tried to cancel an order that was still in the preorder stage and would not ship for several weeks. And they ghosted me. When I contacted my bank to dispute the claims; complex immediately sent the order and the bank denied my claim because they had proof it had shipped. The shirt I ordered was also oversized and of extremely poor quality. Will never buy anything from there again

I ordered 2 shirts, a hoodie, and a sweatshirt for Complex's Final Fantasy x Jollibee collab. I was very disappointed because my chocobo shirt's design was already peeling when it arrived. I buy shirts online often, and never received such a poor quality shirt. I contacted customer service within the 10 business days as specified on their website for exchanges, but I have not received a response. Edit: the website recently updated, and I used the support email this time and got a response. They said they would not exchange the shirt because it was washed but it arrived damaged and I did not wash it or wear it.

I ordered a pre-order item and requested it be cancelled weeks before its release date. The site says pre-orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. They however, refused to cancel the order siting that all items are final sale, even though they also say pre-orders are able to be cancelled. Nowhere on the product listing page did it list this as a final sale item.

I recieved the wrong items. I am waiting to return and get a refund.

Please don’t ever buy from here for the sake of your own sanity . Ordered a package online paid $90 for it, never got it and they don’t do refunds so you’ll have to file a dispute with your bank . Trust me stay far away from this company . Also their customer service is non existent, can’t call them only email them and they respond with AI responses it’s pretty much a scam .
